RCEP: Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, covering nearly a third of the global population and about 30 percent of global GDP, was signed by its 15 members on Sunday at the fourth RCEP summit in Hanoi. He said he did not want his health to get in the way of decision making and apologised to the Japanese people for failing to complete his term in office. The nation's longest-serving prime minister also said it's not up to him to decide on his successor.
